Why do we need it?

Vitamin A is an essential nutrient in the human diet. Deficiency can lead to issues with vision, immunity, growth and cell division, and reproduction. It is also considered a strong antioxidant, which protects our cells from free radical damage that can lead to DNA mutations and disease.
